Classic Foot Reflexology

The perfect way to relax, let go of stress, and recharge. We have over 7,000 nerve endings in each foot, and we use our feet more than any part of our body, so imagine having all of those nerve endings worked on to bring your body back into balance, calming and releasing tension or energising where necessary. You only have to take your shoes and socks off, lie back and relax. The treatment helps energy flow freely through your body again. You will float out of my treatment room!

Classic Reflexology and Facial Acupressure

Facial Acupressure is an holistic treatment incorporating the Chinese acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body, as well as working with the unique structure of the face to support emotional response and provide stress relief. Working in close proximity to the cranial nerves means that this lovely treatment can be highly effective for easing jaw tension, tired, irritated eyes, ear issues, sinusitis and more. The structure of the face is uniquely designed for us to express ourselves and how we feel. This can lead to us holding a great deal of emotion in this area.

A facial Acupressure treatment includes scalp and neck stretches and massage, a hot towel, followed by acupressure, releasing tension from the facial muscles, unblocking energy and bringing about positive benefits for the whole body. It’s a great way to feel pampered and deeply relaxed.

A combined treatment of Reflexology and Facial Acupressure will take your relaxation journey to another level.

£55 (60 minutes Reflexology and 30 minutes Facial Acupressure)
